Devon is located in the southwestern coast of England, and is also known as the "English Riviera", a place with beaches, marine strolls, Mediterranean atmosphere, subtropical vegetation and smooth breeze, and a place where most of the famous English fables originated. According to the legend, the kingdom of Avalon were located here, here is where Merlin the sorcerer lived, and where the goblins and the Baskerville hound still live. Exmouth is a perfect city, that mingle the beach oriented tourist and the one more interested in the inheritance of the "Merry Old England". The Sprachcaffe Languages PLUS building is in the city downtown.

Sprachcaffe Devon - English School provides lodging in apartments (simple, but furnished with rustic enchantment), or in family houses. All the apartments are near the school, but if the student wishes to live among pines, olive and orange trees within the same complex, it’s suggested to make the request as soon as possible. The students share houses with 2, 3 or 4 rooms, bathroom and kitchens fully equipped. There are single and double rooms. There are two apartments categories according to the comfort degree. The students can also choose to live with an English family, in an all inclusive regime (breakfast, packed lunch and evening meal).
