Since its foundation in 1993, the Avalon School of London has a strong reputation of academic excellence. It’s located near Charing Cross Road, in the London West End center. Leicester Square and the British Museum are very close.

Avalon offers two types of lodging: with an English family or in a students residence. To stay with a family supposes an exceptional opportunity for the student to practice his English with native speakers. Families are in zones 1, 2 or 3 (even in zone 4 if there is much demand), at about 30 - 40 minutes away from school. For those students wishing greater activity, the school also offers lodging in student residences.

Avalon has courses of General English, Exam Preparation and Special Courses for all the levels. The General English course contains 85 % of practical conversation. The educational methods and the books and CDs have been prepared by Avalon professors and provide the present conversation and understanding techniques. The Exam Preparation courses are based on educational methods specially designed, where the students practice with the same type of questions that appears in the exams.
