The University of Michigan is one of the oldest universities in the United States and is located in Ann Arbor, less than one hour from Detroit. The campus in Ann Arbor is one of the most selective and prestigious in the entire country. Among its alumnis, you can find famous names, such as Henry Ford, Larry Page (co-founder of Google) or Raoul Wallenberg.

This exam, called the MELAB (Michigan English Language Assessment Battery) is now widely used in the academic world and is part of the usual exams that foreign students need to pass in order to be eligible to enter American universities.
